VACANCY ANOUNCEMENT – 4POSTS 

COGRI is a charitable organization dealing with Children living with HIV/AIDS and orphans and Vulnerable Children. COGRI has three major programs, namely Nyumbani children’s home in Karen, Lea Toto home based program in Nairobi low-income communities and Nyumbani Village in Kitui. This particular vacancy is in Lea Toto program, Nairobi.

Job summary

This is a full time job with normal working hours. The incumbent will offer all necessary services about drug requesting, storage and dispensing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications and pharmaceutical preparations according to patients’ prescription
• Stock management including stock control and inventory reconciliation
• Keep records of all drug stocks ordered, drugs issued to clients and stocks remaining
• Prepare and submit reports on monthly basis as required

Qualifications and skills

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution
• Enrolment with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Should possess excellent computer skills and prior exposure to any dispensing software will be an added advantage
• Perform any other duties that may be delegated by the management
