Pam Nails is looking for a creative, hardworking, self-driven individual preferably with a beauty experience who is ready to start work immediately

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage all salon operations, staff, resources, time, purchases, repairs etc
• Receive client bookings, phone calls or online bookings and do follow ups on bookings
• Assist in online marketing, client follow ups through messages, phone calls etc
• Keep the nail bar clean at all times along with the team, hygiene is a must
• Ensure clients are well received when coming and leaving the nail bar
• Collect client feedback and solve any issues arising with clients for example know how to deal with upset clients
• Supervise the team- be firm/assertive, direct, give feedback to the team to improve on performance, monitor the way the team work and do random checks.
• Set Goals/ targets
• Be a team player and work together to achieve set goals
• Improve our processes, and bring in new ideas and ways of doing things and ideas that will generate income
• Hire and train new beauty staff

• Leadership skills are a must, have the ability to make decisions, solve problems and supervise a team of people.
• Self-driven, works without supervision.
• Hard working keeps times and is pro-active.
• Very organised, clean and detail oriented.
• Goal oriented, works towards achieving set targets.
• Must be service and customer oriented, must be very good at client care.
• Have the ability to sell goods and services.
• Be able to market online.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have 2 years’ experience in front office, supervisor role or customer service field.

Diploma in Business Management, front office, customer service or any business related course.

Knowledge on beauty specifically on nails, beauty or hair is an added advantage.

Must be willing and eager to keep learning new trends in beauty
